    Good day,

    I have freshly installed OroCRM 1.10.6. IMAP sync not getting any mail. I assume it is timezone problem, because app/console oro:cron:imap-sync trying to query emails from next day.

    OroCRM server is AST, IMAP server is MST, but query date is UTC.

    Is there any way to force IMAP sync to use specific timezone?

    Yes, it is definitely timezone issue. I rewind time at OroCRM server for 7 hours and it’s got through.

    Hi

    Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have opportunity to set timezone to email sync, but if try to sync system mailbox, you can set sync start date on database, here is column – oro_email_folder – sync_start_date. I have added improvement and it will be done according with our priorities. Thank you for your patience.
