Errro message not show

Hi, guys!
I’ve created a new bundle with a form which has one field. I’ve added the fields uniqueness validator. The problem is that when I fill out the value which already exists the first time and press “Save” button – the form responses with an error (which is good). When I press the Save button for the second time (without the resetting of the web page) – the error is not received any more, but the value is not added as well. Could you please advice the cause of such behaviour?
