    Hi,
    Some questions about context..
    I want to send an email to one of my clients not through the account view but directly from the email view. My question is why I have practically nothing in the context option ????
    and in general what are the context

    Hi,

    Do you click on My Emails, then on any email and Reply? In this popup do you have practically nothing in the context option?

    Information icon left of context label said:

    “Context is any record or records that have meaningful relation to an email conversation. When you add context of a record to the email conversation, it will be displayed in the Activity list of that record”
