I have sync magento with orocrm and the phone field is a mandatory field in magento, but for some reason some of them are not appearing in oro. Sometimes this value is sync and sometimes not, is empty for the customer.
Any idea why is happening this failed sync and how can I solved?
Also, is it possible to include the phone details in the shipping address/billing adress in General Information in the magento order section?
