    Hi,

    I recently faced SOAP error during MagentoConnectorBundle initial syncing process.
    prod.log said “[message] looks like we got no XML document”, and it seems to be a UTF-8 BOM issue.
    I copied the xml document into my local and executed simplexml function. Then I got error. The xml file might contain illegal characters.
    So I tried to replace BOM characters that were contained in the xml. I got parsed result.

    Does anyone faced same issue? How can I fix it?
