Report with custom field

Hi,

I created a custom field for the Lead entity: next_contact_date. Now, I need a report to give me all leads with next_contact_date < now. The problem here is that not all leads have this new field set (probably null in the database), and the report won’t show me those leads.

Is there a way to ask if the custom field is (or not) null or not set, or to give a custom field a default value??

Hi Matias,

Unfortunately we don’t have the “Is empty” clause for Datetime fields, nor it is possible to set up the default value for a custom field of this type. A great idea for the future improvement though, I will add it to our backlog.
