    Hi,

    My client sells financial service to their customer which is yearly renewable. How can I get this implemented/tracked within ORO CRM ?

    1. An alert for expiring service contract.
    2. Customer receive emails for the same
    3. ORO CRM shows some kind of dashboard.

    Hi Dwijadas,

    To support this case you can write a process that will check expiration dates of service contracts on a, let’s say, daily basis, and send alerts to both CRM users and customers based on pre-defined templates.

    You may also write a custom dashboard widgets that will display necessary information on expiring contracts. Please take one of our existing widgets as an example.
