    Hi Team,

    i am having an issue to find prod.log file.When i delete all existing cache directory & clear cache(using app/console cache:clear –env=prod) and try running application in production environment prod.log is not getting auto generated in app/logs directory whereas i am able to see the dev.log file.This i am facing in older version of orocrm.i have also provided permission for whole project folder.

    Please need help in how to overcome this issue to get production logs.

    Hi, @shreyas.
    If application folder has right permissions and user from what your application runs has write permissions to applications folder – prod.log should create automatically.

    Also, please try command app/console oro:install for separated application with same settings and folder permissions. It will check on start all requirements.
