Platform installation problems

I installed OroPlatform by following https://github.com/orocrm/platform-application suggested steps. Do I need to start php app/console clank:server –env prod and the next php app/console oro:cron –env prod?
Next I try to start platform with the URL http://localhost/platform-application-master/web/install.php and I receive these warnings:

Moreover I try to insert username and password I set in the installation steps and they doesn’t work.
What is wrong in my process?
A lot of things I suppose …

Check write permissions for ./app/cache dir.
