Zendesk integration was setup; however, orocrm doesn’t seem to be connecting to zendesk. When clicking “Schedule sync” and checking progress, it’s forever pending and looks to be stalled with no response whatsoever.
On the zendesk side, api token shows when it was last used, orocrm doesn’t seem to be using the token we’ve put in.
