Hi, which is the “preferred” billing application for OROCRM?
Usually a CRM permits to manage customer interaction and data that are not only related to “caring” processes (like account and contact management, interaction management, case and activities management etc.) but also sales and post-sales activities.
Right now, sales processes are covered from lead/opportunity management till the Order that is placed in Magento (I’ve created a different topic to see if it’s possible to integrate directly magento in orocrm for order creation)
What about Billing processes? Are we planning to integrate OroCRM with some billing system for the invoices/recurring payment managements and for any billing inquiry operations?
