Maybe someone met the same situation with Abandoned Carts + Mailchimp synchronization process. For example, we have Abandoned Carts marketing list that is being changed from day to day (it has date based condition). One day we have 10 records in the OroCRM marketing list. These 10 records are successfully synchronized with Mailchimp and Mailchimp list has 10 records in total. On the next day we have only 3 records in the same OroCRM marketing list. After the synchronization process we will have 13 records on Mailchimp side and that’s really weird since we need to have only 3 records there. For some reason the missing records on the OroCRM side are not being removed from Mailchimp list. We need to have the exact copy of OroCRM marketing list in Mailchimp.
