    Hi,

    isn’t there anybody who has the same problem? We are not able to connect orocrm with a shop running under HTTPS.

    OK, now we figured out, that both environments have to run under HTTPS, als the URL is passed by “//www.shopurl.com”.

    So I can close my communication… Thank me.

    Hi Sebastian,

    Apologies for the late answer. Yes, the requirement for successful connection is that both Magento and OroCRM environments have to run under the same security protocol—HTTP or HTTPS.

    We will try to make it more clear in the documentation. Thank you for pointing this issue out.
