    I’m curious where it is defined when a lead is qualified how the opportunity and contact/account entities are created?

    • src/OroCRM/src/OroCRM/Bundle/SalesBundle/Resources/config/oro/workflow/b2b_flow_lead.yml
    • src/OroCRM/src/OroCRM/Bundle/SalesBundle/Resources/config/oro/workflow/b2b_flow_lead/transition_definitions.yml(Basically there)

    It’s done via OroWorkflowBundle
