Language German – unknown

Hi,

when i try to install the German Language Pack i get:

Could not download translations, error: unknown

Any Ideas?

At what version of OroCRM do you have this issue?
Can you please provide information form apache/php logs.

I am having this issue. Logs show nothing. Plesk on precise with PHP 5.6 via Plesk alternative PHP.

Additionally, I get very high memory usage when using composer, for a simple composer update it allocated just above 2 GB.
