Hi there. I’m trying to upgrade my Oro install from 1.8.2 to 1.9.6.

Instead of upgrading through composer, I’m replacing the file structure with one of the pre-packaged archives. I then run the platform update command, app/console oro:platform:update --env=prod --force but get the following errors when it’s running the migrations:

Am I able to upgrade this? I really can’t lose my data when I run this on the production environment.

    Thanks,
    Simon

It looks like some migrations should not be executed, even though they are. This could be a bug in our migration code. Please report that to our Github as an Issue here: https://github.com/orocrm/platform/issues

Meanwhile my advice is to try commenting out the method body in the code and see if the process concludes. Try it on a CLONED database, not the real production one!
