    my orocrm version is 1.10
    in the “Users / name / Configuration”–“email configuration”
    I configure the “imap host” and the “smtp host”
    but it’s still “Could not establish IMAP connection” “Could not establish SMTP connection”

    And the same configuration in “OutLook 2013” works well!

    Do i miss something? Can you help me?

    Hi,

    Which mail server are you using ? For example for gmail you should set:

    imap host: imap.gmail.com
    imap port: 993
    imap encryption: SSL

    If you are sure that you use right setting, try to set these debug code there and show me the result:
