    Hey,
    Is there any way to get a notification somewhere in the CRM, or via email, or via Slack (or via any other method) when somebody leaves a comment? Can this be applied globally, on all items, or just on Cases?

    Hi

    Yes, please set option ‘Enable Comments’ to Yes in the section ‘System -> Entities -> Entity Management -> [Entity] -> Edit’.

    When new entity has been created you can trigger some code, which defined in process.yml. I wrote about this feature in the following topic. Please use send_email_template action with Oro\Bundle\CommentBundle\Entity\Comment entity.
