    Hi again,

    is it possible to add a select field for opportunity ownership on a workflow transition with the available users filtered by a specific business unit or group or role just with the workflow definitions or do we have to extend and build our own user form type?

    Hi

    For now, you can restrict users, in case you change the ASSIGN permission of the User entity in role. If you want a more custom logic, you can override the UserAclSelectType.php, set your own autocomplete_alias or change the existing UserAclHandler.php.
