How do I increase the default number of elements view per page in datagrid ?

Add/update here https://github.com/orocrm/platform/blob/1.10/src/Oro/Bundle/DataGridBundle/Resources/config/system_configuration.yml#L22 choice items, do the same here https://github.com/orocrm/platform/blob/1.10/src/Oro/Bundle/DataGridBundle/Extension/Toolbar/Configuration.php#L42

Go to System -> Configuration -> Display Setting -> Data Grid settings -> Items Per Page By Default and choose your number.

The best way is create custom bundle and doing there all modifications with system. Here i described how to override various kind of system parts.
