I have this error on email synchronization

A datetime object fails to be created. The argument given is invalid.

This error can be created in Oro\Bundle\ImapBundle\Util\DateTimeParser::getDateTimeLastError, can you debug to see if it reaches that part? If so, you should be able to understand why the parameter is invalid.
