    Hello.

When you click to “check connection” we do a call to magento and check whether Oro Bridge extension installed, if no it’s impossible to synchronize cart without it. Due to this “cart connector” is not visible.

It’s not ok. We miss the details of the shopping cart of the shop2
The other data have passed through the bridge, except the shopping cart.

Sorry for misunderstanding, I meant: it’s OK that you don’t see “Cart connector” when you open “channel creation” page, that’s because “cart sync” is possible only with Oro Bridge, so we need to check that your magento instance have it. Am I clear now?

How did you check that sync goes through the bridge not through regular SOAP API ? It’s might be an issue of WSDL cache, try to remove cached files in your temp directory(on CRM server) in linux world it ‘s usually /tmp/wsdl-* files. If this will not help, please contact us through the website contact form and we’ll try to find out what’s wrong
