Couldn't post data with right JSON type

Hello, OroCRM team.
I have some issue with saving of relationship data like described below:

After I have posted it to {orocrm_host}/api/contacts I got an error ( response code 400):

After I have posted only attributes block (firstName, lastName…. etc) data saved successfully. But I need to save another relationship data with the general info like described in official documentation.
Help me, please, with this issue. Spent a lot of time :(

Which version of CRM you are use?
I try this request on the latest master and it works fine.

As I can see from System Information -> Oro Packages -> oro/crm version is 2.0.3
