clear/cache A plural alias for "Extend\Entity\EV_Task_Status" entity not found

Hello,
after instal i try instal translation but I cannot run

php app/console oro:translation:pack --dump OroCRM

1	php app/console oro:translation:pack --dump OroCRM

OR

php app/console cache:clear

1	php app/console cache:clear

because error :

hi, I have also seen this problem. can you confirm which nodejs version you have have? I had 6.x but downgraded to 0.1 version on centos and problem went away.

In my case wasnot installed node.
I forgot I reinstal OS and dont instal node..
