    Please provide more details about environment and output from app/oro_install.log.

    Looks as you have issue with web server + php-fpm configuration. As alternative to web installer, you can use oro:install command from CLI which will allow you to bypass configuration issues.

    Please recreate DB, remove app/caches and try again with CLI installation
