can i create custom entity like country and state using entity management option

i goto the option entity > entity management then create on two select field but that two select box how can connect each other and also i can’t see the field name if i used that entity in other entity. like in lead

Hi

Try to create three text fields on your entity via Entity Management: country, region and region_text. After that add this fields to form, i have tested this case on account bundle and it works.
