Adding Task to All Users or to specific User group(s)

Hi! Greetings!

Adding Tasks to Users is a cool feature.

Is there any way by which we can assign a task to all users or specific user group or groups?

For instance, when we want all users to be aware of certain procedures / changes, we’d like assign them a task like Reading Guides, Procedures which they are expected to complete and respond.

If this feature is not there yet, any idea how we can implement this?
