Video Demo: Order Follow-Up Workflow

As we dive deeper into the B2C eCommerce Flow, we have provided a video highlight of another key tool for marketing and sales teams: The Order Follow-Up Workflow.

With order data imported from Magento, you can create a follow up in OroCRM for your Customer Service Team to customers who have recently purchased products. This provides a great way to follow up on items after purchase, creating immediate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
