More than 100 market players came together in Paris on December, 6, 2016 for the MeetUp. Peers, partners, customers and prospects all came together to discuss the latest solutions for the B2B eCommerce and CRM markets. We’re thrilled about the level of interest and conversation around both OroCRM and OroCommerce.

Yoav Kutner Shares the Oro Vision
Yoav Kutner, founder and CEO of Oro, Inc. opened the MeetUp by sharing Oro’s key strategies for helping businesses. Yoav sees the success of businesses based on their ability to become flexible, scalable, have a 360-degree holistic view of their customer bases, and effectively collect, segment and process information from multiple channels. He introduced the Oro products that allow businesses to revolutionize their customer experience while dramatically improving performance.
In addition, Yoav highlighted the growth in adoption of Oro’s products worldwide and shared examples of business applications built with OroPlatform.
Maintaining Relationships with Multichannel Customers – the April Moto Experience
Next up, Arnaud Touzeau and Julien Heroux shared how April Moto successfully implemented OroCRM to resolve the issue of properly managing relationships with multichannel clients. April Moto is a vehicle insurance company with over 20,000 customers and they issue about 9,000 quotes for new business every week. Turbocharging Business in Europe
Stephane Calimodio, co-founder of Oro Golden Partner, Synolia, presented another case study. La Compagnie des Vacances is the leading French tour operator active in both B2B and B2C sectors and has a current portfolio of 500,000 customers. They needed a flexible and integrable CRM product to accelerate market penetration, reform operations within the B2B sector, manage leads and opportunities, shorten sales cycle, and easily track sales pipeline. OroCRM helped increase their productivity and improve business performance. Our application exceeded the company’s expectations and that’s good news for everyone.
The Future of B2B eCommerce is Big
The B2B sector continues to evolve on and off line. As B2B commerce transforms, B2B eCommerce is the next big wave on the horizon. Frederic de Gombert, Co-Founder and CEO of Akeneo, discussed the challenges that B2B eCommerce faces, the ever increasing importance of data to success, and forecasts for the future. Federico Zambelli Hosmer, PayPal’s Director and Head of SMB Western Europe, shared the changes happening in the payment landscape.
