time limited access to entities for users

Hi,

We would like to plan opportunities for quarters. At the beginning of each quarter the sales manager creates bunch of opportunities for each of the sales agents. They start working on these opportunities. They will have access to these opportunities till the end of the quarter and their access should be blocked automatically (or easily by sales manager) at the end of the quarter.

How can we do this with orocrm? any ideas?

What does “access” mean for you? No permission to edit? Or to read?

Symfony provides the concept of SecurityVoters to add logic to is_granted() calls (which are also used in orocrm as far as I know), so you could code and register your custom voters to restrict access? I guess in list views the entities would still be displayed, but on single entity level this should to the trick.
